The Hatha Yoga course, where we will focus more on individual positions, is related to the previous 12 meetings, but it is possible to come without graduating from the previous part, by appointment with me :)
At the beginning or end of the lesson and focus on the therapeutic component of yoga, where we will intuitively listen to our body and not push through the pain where it is not possible.
