About event
The course will take place in the charming environment of Zaježová. In places made for qi kung. In the premises, and around the Eco-Community of Ax. With excellent homemade food from local raw materials. You can stay on the spot, camp or sleep on hay. In case of suitable weather, we will mostly exercise outdoors, and in the evening and on fire. Exercise is suitable for complete beginners and advanced. At your age, religion, and physical readiness does not matter. organism

Simple exercises are not physical and technically demanding. The taste and will to do something for yourself is crucial. Over the weekend you will understand the importance of exercise and get to know the ZYQ school. You will be able to exercise separately after the course.
