I was interested in human psyche since I was young, so I decided to study psychology. But I wanted to go deeper, so the roads led me to India and Brazil. I have completed various seminars and training aimed at working with my shadows, emotions, working with a wounded child, in order to contact my internal nature and develop my potential. I am on the way of a yoga that I perceive as a path of self -knowledge. In my work I combine elements of Western and Eastern psychology, yoga, expressive therapies, spirituality and shamanism.
