About event
Looking for lessons to practice, but you will calm your head? Join us to an advanced yoga course! 🌿
Do you already handle basic positions? Maybe you tried some inversion? Great! 🌿 Now it's time to move on. 🌸
Every lesson is different - sometimes dynamic and physically demanding, sometimes gentle, yin and deeply relaxing. We work not only with the body, but also with energy, breath and mind. And don't worry, we'll explain everything to you. We share, talk, discuss. Do we tune lessons according to our current energy and wishes.
Do you want to learn to work with the pelvic day? We'll do it. Are you interested in Ayurveda? We will be devoted to it. Do you need to improve sleep or reduce stress? We have space for that. Join us! We look forward to seeing you!
