If you do not have time for six months of study and prefer individual and intensive teaching in a small group, the course is exactly for you. All the main blocks will be the content of the course in order to prepare you for the final exam and thus become a certified yoga instructor with the accreditation of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

MAIN COURSE CONTENT:
Practical teaching is divided in such a way as to prepare you to be a full-fledged and comprehensive yoga instructor, according to recognized yoga standards. During the course, you will gain a high-quality theoretical foundation and we will give you maximum practical experience in order to prepare you to lead lessons for all levels of proficiency, age and health condition. In the same way, you will learn clear and safe guidance to/from individual positions when conducting lessons and gain awareness of the composition and main pillars of a pleasant yoga lesson.
