kurz INTEGRACE VNITŘNÍCH ČÁSTÍ - Praha - leden 2025

A six-part practical course designed for practitioners on the path of self-discovery who encounter inner parts and roles during their work on themselves. It is based on the Somatic Experiencing® integration approaches of Peter A. Levin and the polyvagal theory of Stephen W. Porges, as well as the two-chair technique of Fritz Perls and the feeding of demons by Tsultrim Allione. This kind of work with the inner parts is suitable for dealing with relationship problems, unproductive attitudes and roles, emotional patterns, somatic symptoms and deep childhood wounds. We will learn a simple protocol for working with internal parts, and in the process we will be introduced to the main principles of working with the nervous system and traumatic injury. The course will focus mainly on your own experience and learning new procedures through exercises. Active involvement of participants and exploration of individual topics is assumed, even between individual blocks of meetings.
