We invite you to one of our 6-week courses. Do you want to start yoga? At the Yoga Basics course, we will gradually learn to work with the breath and properly connect it with movement. Step by step, we will go through Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) and try yoga positions (asanas) from simpler to more demanding, safely with your body in mind. This course is a great choice, it can contribute to physical and mental health, it relaxes the mind and thanks to regular movement, it generally softens the tension in the body.
