Yoga course for beginners

We cordially invite you to a yoga course, which is designed for complete beginners, but also for people who practice yoga and would like to go into the depth of knowledge of yoga asan. People practicing yoga feel after the first hour change in physical and mental terms. Exercise will help if you have long -term problems with your spine, or knee pain, digestive problems, various mental problems, headaches and the like. You will learn the easier alternatives of Asan with regard to your physical restrictions or injuries. Each pupil will be devoted to the lecturer in person, so that each one of you will take the course as much as possible. He studied yoga under the leadership of teachers who have dedicated yoga all their lives in Slovakia, Bohemia and India. He has been dedicated to the therapies with Tibetan singing bowls and other ritual instruments, meditations and the like. If you cannot attend any reasons for any reasons, you can replace every delayed hour during the public hours that Majo has every Wednesday at 17:30.

Price for a complete course course (10 hours) is 99 €.
