About event
Yoga course for mildly advanced is designed for anyone who knows the basic syllabus of Ashtanga yoga after "Navasan" or who has already completed the Ashtanga Yoga course for beginners.
Continuation of education in Ashtanga yoga allows you to gradually get to know the next positions of the first series and partly the second series, building strength and awareness of the inner strength of everyone in us. Since yoga is not just positions (asanas), but philosophy and life journey, during the course we will also focus on the complexity of yoga and look into the secrets of pranajamy, meditation, mantras and total energy energy. Price: 155 EUR/> The course will take place every Tuesday from 19:00 to 20:00 (except 22.4.).
If a lesson dropped to us (eg for health reasons), we have space for a replacement date of 20.5. or 27.5.2025.
The number of places per course personally is limited. The course can also be completed online.
