The course of the complete pre -natal preparation with the Hypnoporod takes place in two consecutive days.
The course is intended for couples and individuals.
During the course you will get useful information on childbirth, practical tips and up -to -date information on how births in our maternity hospitals, but also in the home environment can take place.
, such as relaxation, visualization, affirmation and breathing techniques to help you stay at rest and relaxation. The techniques you will learn about the course require regular practice. After the course you will get access to recordings that you will then be able to use. You will take the course:
