Sometimes in life we feel stuck. We know that there is something more that we are capable of achieving, but the current setup does not allow us to take a step forward. We are afraid that we will not succeed. We are afraid of what change will bring. We have come to believe that our limiting beliefs are a natural part of who we are. We'd rather be less than stick out. Better not to know than to face the discomfort of the truth about real desires.
We have come to believe that we are on our own. Maybe it's hard for us to share our states because we don't know how to name them ourselves. But we feel that somewhere there is a place where we really fit in as part of a building block. We want to go there, but we can't find a means of transport.
The art of drawing is the language of our inner self. It is not subject to the dictates of the head or the outside world. It is a dimension where the soul through our body and emotions can overcome the insurmountable.
Through the technique of drawing portraits with the connection of both hemispheres of your brain, you will get closer to your inner world. Art introduces you to the landscape of your soul in a gentle and respectful way. Through drawing, you will learn to reveal the programs that prevent you from finding satisfaction and joy in life. You will recognize your hidden obstacles and blocks. Through conscious work, you will gradually move beyond your limitations and the struggle that takes place within you will take on a new form of cooperation. Everything happens at your own pace. It is not better to be the first, it is important to learn to respect your own intuition and build confidence in your own abilities. Instead of competition, I support cooperation.
You will learn how to realistically apply a portrait on paper, so that you perceive what you see in a different way. On paper, but also in life, you will understand that a certain sequence of steps will lead you to an unexpected result. By connecting your head and your inner creativity, works of art will be created. Your system will learn how to perceive space, shapes and details. You will gradually start looking at the world around you in a different way.
You will build a new dimension of self-confidence that you can do more than you thought and you will transfer it to everyday life without hesitation. You yourself will experience that the way you are, you are fine. You are enough. Your uniqueness is a benefit to this world and the world would be poorer without you.
The course consists of three days - Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1 hour for lunch)
We will gradually improve the technique and deepen our sensitivity to our inner experience. You will learn techniques and steps that will teach you to draw very realistic pencil portraits, regardless of your current talent. But you will also get access to methods of art therapy in difficult life situations and new insights into the complexity of a person's inner experience.
Price 240 Eur (includes material and snacks)
