Do you need a REST, a moment JUST for YOURSELF or to stop everyday stress and be HERE and NOW? Do you like to CREATE? If so, I invite you to creatively spend TIME with COLORS, canvas and DOTS. Come and paint your MANDALA using the dot method. Anyone can make a dot with paint, believe me! And when you MASTER your first one, you will master hundreds of them. You won't have to think about anything else, and this form of "art therapy" will surely relax you. You will take home YOUR ORIGINAL dotted MANDALA, which you will then hang where it makes you happy. Or you can give it to someone. For example, at Christmas. I am Alice, lecturer and life coach, and I will guide you through the entire process of creating such a mandala. The course is for complete beginners, and apart from the desire to create and relax, you don't need to bring anything else. All materials for creation, snacks and drinks are provided.
