Dynamics of problematic behavior
What is behind the problem behavior of children and adolescents, how to understand it - and how to transform problem behavior in cooperation.
We will learn to identify the objectives of problem behavior in children and adolescents. We will show work with an interview scheme that contains a set of questions for reflection, self -reflection and understanding of the dynamics of interactions. We will use the information obtained from the interview for meaningful work on changing behavior through supportive, preventive and intervention strategies.
Topics:
Theoretical framework - relevant human behavior, fulfilling a sense of belonging as a central motive of human direction, subjective beliefs, private logic.
Problem behavior of children as the key to effective communication and conducting conversation with teachers, children, or their parents. Identifying the objectives of problematic behavior through an intervention-diagnostic conversation. Training recognition of behavior objectives. Presentation of techniques and strategies supporting cooperation. Case reports and cases of good practice. Sharing Group Experience, Exchange of Ideas. Attitudes and behavior of clients (children, teachers, parents). Requirements:
The course takes place from 9: 00–16: 00, with a break for lunch and two smaller breaks.
