About event
Practically focused interactively led course communication map: communication and solutions of crisis situations offers, in addition to the theoretical basis, primarily the possibility to experience the efficiency of individual communication models and train specific communication techniques. It is intended for all who communicate with clients in their work.
G. Hugh Allred named four communication types. We were inspired by his idea, added our experience and prepared a course where we will learn to see the needs hidden for behavior and find the way of communication that will be directed towards cooperation. We will train communication procedures that help clients look at the problem of multiple angles and appropriately asked questions to allow insights to change existing behavior.
Topics
. Subjective beliefs, objectives and methods of achieving goals. Basic needs in the field of social contact from the perspective of individual psychology. We will learn why we sometimes do not understand - what blocks appear in communication and why.
Dynamics of interpersonal interactions We will imagine four communication types according to G. Hugh Allred. We will show what is behind problem situations in communication, what needs to fit these situations. You will learn how to detect these needs and what interventions and preventive strategies to change the communication framework.
Effective communication
The basis of effective communication is the atmosphere of cooperation. We will learn how to induce it and use it for functional communication, tell us what are four steps to cooperate, what effective communication looks like in solving problem situations, how to communicate sensitive content. We will introduce nine attitudes for healthy communication. We will work with emotions and develop mindfulness towards our own emotional and thought processes.
