About event
The interview is like dance - it has its rules and must be involved in both dancers. As soon as they tune in to each other and begin to trust, then the conversation takes place in cooperation, supports creativity and leads to the goal.
Training in the conduct of the interview will be used by everyone for whom the interview is an integral part of their work - psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, coaches, personnel, teachers. We will imagine the way of asking questions that will support, activate and lead to understanding and insight.
We will be in depth devoted to training the basic dance step, which is reflecting in an interview. We will learn how to work with emotions, use body language, address implicit meanings and reflect the relationship. You will learn how to capture, explore, use them for deeper insight and start the creative process leading to change.
We will also learn to use the language of encouragement that allows empathetic accompaniment, expresses respect and confidence in the other person and its use in an interview activates and motivates the client to find solutions and work on change.
