PEOPLE LEADERSHIP TRAINING

A person is not born a good leader, but can learn to be one. And then he can have his team that cooperates on a common goal, his work makes sense and he does not perceive his leader as an annoying supervisor, but as a trusted sparring partner.
The course is intended for everyone who leads small and large teams and wants to develop their skills .

We will focus on how the leader influences the atmosphere in the team and how he creates conditions for active involvement, interest, cooperation and development of team members. Through self-experience, model situations and case studies, we will show what to observe, what to attach weight to and what not to deal with. We will deepen self-knowledge and self-reflection - one of the most effective tools in the hands of good leaders. We will focus on development in three areas important in leading people: personal beliefs and expectations, the area of ​​strategy and the way we communicate. We will use your experience in leading others and respond to your needs.

TOPICS:

THE PERSONALITY OF THE MANAGER. Through your own experience, you will understand your own beliefs, on the basis of which you act with others - at work and in your personal life. You will have the space to discover your own resources and strengths that you can use for effective team leadership. You will discover your development needs and set a way to develop them. You will get answers to the questions: How do what you think and expect affect your leadership style? How do we recognize the influence of ineffective beliefs in a team? How can we transform and influence beliefs? How to cultivate effective beliefs? How to take care of your own resources and motivation?

MOTIVATION AND SUPPORT IN TEAM LEADERSHIP. We will learn how to recognize the motivational factors of co-workers so that the way you lead them works as a support and targets the development of their intrinsic motivation. We will show you the possibilities of support for individual and group management of co-workers. You will learn how to conduct motivational interviews. You will get answers to the questions: How does my communication get others to cooperate? How will my communication arouse interest and support motivation for work commitment and allow co-workers to experience joy in their own work? How to use evaluation to support development?

APPLYING DEMOCRATIC METHODS IN LEADERSHIP. We will mention the necessary competences for leading and managing a work team. We will show how a leader who presents a vision communicates, listens to his colleagues, responds to their needs, delegates and controls and provides feedback. We will show you the most common mistakes and dead ends in communication. We will address the basic setup for collaboration and discuss the conditions under which colleagues are willing to participate and contribute. You will get answers to the questions: What procedures support teamwork? How to create living values ​​in an organization? How to use the organization's values ​​for creating a management strategy? How to take care of the rules and unify approaches and procedures within the organization?

SOLVING CONFLICTS IN THE TEAM. We will show how to mediate understanding in a conflict situation, offer different points of view and expand the possibilities of solutions. You will get practical tips on how to solve conflicts in the team. You will get answers to the questions: How to use conflict to strengthen workplace relationships? How to turn conflict into opportunity? How will communication help in solving difficulties and provide incentives for change?

SPACE FOR WORKING WITH CASE STUDY, SHARING EXPERIENCES AND EXAMPLES OF GOOD AND BAD PRACTICE.
