Anxiety and depression from the perspective of individual psychology

Anxiety and depression are two of the most common clinical conditions, moreover, they are very common. In recent years, the incidence of depression and anxiety in children and adolescents has also been increasing.

The course is intended for psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers working with adults or children.

We will describe the symptoms of the depression and anxiety of the perspective of individual psychology-Bio-Psycho-social model, compensatory dynamics, purpose, anticipation of failure, self-evident strategies. We present a set of specific questions that will allow you to understand depression and anxiety in the context of the client's personal dynamics. We define risky manifestations, tell us how to respond and talk about them appropriately. You will learn how to support belonging and healthy functioning in relationships and life.
