About event
✨ Discover the beauty of belly dance in the unique FCBD® Style Belly Dance! ✨
A noble attitude, graceful handwork, large frilled skirts, jewelry and pom-poms await you, as well as a whiff of oriental history inspired by the tribes and indigenous cultures of the Middle East, India and North Africa. A dance that unites femininity, strength and community.
🌸 What awaits you on the course:
- a healthy and proud dance attitude that gives self-confidence,
- elegant handwork and beautiful "hand-floreo" with a touch of flamenco,
- gentle slow movements such as figure-eights and energetic shimmies,
- basic techniques of four families of elements (Egyptian, bump Arabic, shimmy, pivot),
- fun group improvisation, where movements are linked into dance combinations,
- and as a bonus - you will also learn the basics of playing cymbals.
🌟 This course is for you if you want to get to know belly dance in its modern, yet traditional form, experience the joy of movement and become part of a supportive female tribe.
Join us and discover how FCBD® Style can make your woman shine energy! 💃
