The Podikizhi - Churna Pinda Sveda practical course is focused on the traditional Ayurvedic technique of working with warm herbal bags, which relieves muscle tension, supports circulation and brings deep relaxation of the body and mind.
Participants will learn the preparation of herbal mixtures, the creation and tying of bags (kiri), the correct procedures for applying heat and the safe practice of the entire procedure.
The course also includes basic recognition of constitutions. Vata, Pitta, Kapha for when this technique is appropriate and how to adapt it to the client.
Participants will receive scripts, practical step-by-step guidance and a small gift to support their further practice. The course is suitable for masseurs, therapists and anyone who wants to enrich their work with this traditional, deeply relaxing technique.
