The Triple P Program
The Triple P Program – Positive Parenting® is one of the most effective parenting programs in the world.
The Triple P Program helps parents acquire skills that help them build strong and healthy relationships, confidently manage their children's behavior and prevent problems from arising.
Triple P does not advocate one-size-fits-all solutions. It offers parents simple and practical strategies that they can adapt to their own values, beliefs and needs.
Triple P is one of the few programs based on evidence and systematic scientific research.
To date, more than 340 studies have been conducted to show that Triple P works for most families in different cultures, countries and family situations.
The program was created in Australia and is now running in 37 countries. and has been translated from English into more than 20 languages.

Contents course:
What will participation in the parenting course mean for you?
we will show you why children behave the way they do
you will work on a specific problem
You will learn:
practical educational strategies
how to spend quality time with children
appreciate them
how to manage unwanted behavior
how to set boundaries
how effective enforce compliance with the rules in the family
how to work with unwanted behavior
During 8 weeks, you will participate in:
4x group sessions with other parents (1 session – 2 hours)
3x individual phone calls (90 minutes in total)
1x final group session
Place:
face-to-face and online

3 weeks - individual telephone consultations according to the agreement once a week
