~ When to go to the maternity hospital.
You will learn different breathing, movement and relaxation techniques to help you during childbirth. ✨
The partner will learn how it can be your real support - through touch, massage, correct words, breathing or creating a safe space. 🤍 🕊️
We will also go through a period of puerperium - physical and emotional changes, support for breastfeeding, care for yourself and baby. The partner will learn how to help you with regeneration, creating peace and household care so that you have time to recover and tune in to your baby.
We want you to leave with confidence, confidence in yourself and a clear plan to handle this wonderful but intense time together. 🫂
