Course for informal caring 20 September 2025 in Senior Fitnes z.s. Uralska 6, Prague 6. For all who care or take care of a close senior. The course is focused on health exercises in which the caring will learn strengthening and relaxing exercises focused on correct posture, breathing and walking - that is, exercises that will be carried out by the senior at home.
