Hi, I am Mara, a medical rescuer, lecturer of the first aid and a freediving instructor. I travel a lot and my life specialization is the rescue and the rescue project on the road. 13.
Interactively, we will discuss the theory of first aid and practically try the basic skills - care of unconscious, recovery, bleeding and more - on modern equipment.
The popular part of the course is the simulation of critical situations where it is life. You will take turns in the role of the patient and rescuers using artificial blood and other props. This experiential method has an excellent effect for long -term remembrance. o Course first aid outside water - water rescue is announced almost every month separately.
After completing the course you will receive a certificate in English under the auspices of the Czech Red Cross, which can be proven for example for Aida 4 or Aida instructors.
