👉 What is a crisis, what triggers it in a person's life,
👉 how its experience manifested in the level of behavior, thinking and emotions.
👉 We will also be a topic of leveling mechanisms and recognition of situations where one can still solve the crisis himself and when he already needs professional help.
👉posory will also be devoted to psychohygiene ...
👉 ... and setting borders in personal and work "peer" plane.
The workshop will also be interspersed with Cazuist stories with links to professional services for people in crisis.
