About event
Do you want to successfully manage dangerous situations? Protect yourself and your loved ones? Log on the course and learn to deal with dangerous conflicts in the environment where they arise. Without training, it is difficult under stress to cope with dangerous conflict situations in terms of emotional and mental, let alone the level of the conflict in this course! Voluntary - that is, everyone determines whether and how much they will step out of their comfort zone, with whom, what and in what intensity they will train.
What will this course give you? To successfully resolve conflicts at all their levels; We are each different and therefore only individualization makes sense - so in the most effective techniques you will learn those that will work best! Outside, in a real environment? ❗
☝- The gym is still a sterile environment. More meaning makes learning conflicts in places where they actually arise- including all the advantages and disadvantages of the environment. The feeling that someone is looking at me… This is the social pressure that we will often confront in the conflict, and therefore it is good to learn to work with this pressure and change it to our favor. But everyone manages this performance from the comfort zone itself!
☝-- In real life problems do not arise when you are ready and you probably will not be in the clothes you are used to do sports. Therefore, it makes more sense to train in the clothes you wear most often - to understand its limitations i
benefits and be able to use them in your favor.
