FOR ADULTS
(3-month course at Meteorit International Theater)

The course is not welcome only people who want to work in the theater, film or media in the future, but also those interested who would like to communicate better in everyday life, have more self-confidence and improve in establishing social contacts.
Those who do not plan a career in the aforementioned fields can use various exercises to develop their communication skills, self-confidence and ability to adapt, while the exercises are always individually adapted to the course participants. The friendly and helpful atmosphere on the course guarantees personal development, which will surely lead you to success in and outside of your job.
Working on the course can be the first step on the way to self-knowledge. At the end of the course, in cooperation with its participants, we will present a theater play together.

To open up and draw strength from your inner environment. Many have no idea about their own possibilities, which drown out inner fears and questioning.
There are techniques and exercises to stimulate this process of realizing one's own natural identity. It is a big mistake to think that good actors act on stage.

The course includes:
exercises to overcome nervousness, exercises to strengthen the ability to concentrate, exercises to sensitize one's own sensitivity and support the ability to feel one's own hidden talents, we offer proven methods of fighting negative thoughts that prevent us from achieving personal goals, relaxation exercises, movement exercises, physiotherapy exercises - for correct use of the body, rhetorical exercises, improvement of verbal and non-verbal communication skills...
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Course start: September 22, 2025 (Monday)
Course duration: 3 months, 12 meetings (12 x 2 hours) every Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Ceremonial closing of the course will take place on December 15 (Monday) at 7:00 p.m.
ATTENTION!!! The course will not take place on November 17, which of course will not affect the number of meetings. Bratislava, Pistoriho palác (Štefánikova 25.)
(The team of the Meteorit Theater reserves the right to change the venue specified in the invitation (Štefánikova 25. Bratislva I.) to other premises of the Meteorit Theater located in the center of Bratislava.)
We always expect that due to work obligations or other unexpected situations, some cannot attend all meetings so that everyone achieves good results and has a good experience from the courses, that is why extended meetings are held on December 1 and December 8 (from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.). by presenting a joint theater play.
Recommended age category: from 18 years (the upper age limit is not limited)
