- SPS system (SM system) - spiral stabilization, exercise with elastic ropes for the treatment of spine, plates and joints under the guidance of a physiotherapist. Exercise can be adapted to health restrictions. Also suitable as regeneration after injury/surgery and compensatory exercise at one -sided load (sitting, standing). In the acute state it is necessary to start individually. We practice on Tuesday at 16:00. Registration required. We start 1 April 2025, duration of 10 weeks (until 3.6.2025), possibility to buy SM rope at a bargain price.
