In the course of the seminar, you will learn about the specifics of individual generations on the labor market and ways to best use the synergy of their differences in communication, approach to work, motivation and expectations from work.
The course is designed for HR professionals and managers who work in a multigenerational environment.
Course program:
1/ Typology of generations and their expectations
- Are generations really different?
- The most common problems in cooperation and how to solve them
- Differences in communication, approach to work and expectations
2/ Principles of intergenerational cooperation
- How to better understand
- Principles of mutual sharing
- Respect and acceptance of differences
3/ Intergenerational cooperation in the workplace, how to manage young or senior workers
- Specifics of managing age-diverse teams
- Young manager, older colleagues
- Senior manager, young colleagues
4/ Practical examples, discussion and sharing.
- Concrete case studies and their solutions from the participants’ practice
5/ Final summary and action plan for everyone participant

Ing. Kateřina Legnerová
PhD in economics and management (VŠE Prague), MBA and MSc. in SHRM. Long-term expert in the field of HR, consultant, director of the Personnel Academy and academic and researcher at CEVRO, VŠE and UK in Prague. She worked as HR director at ČSOB a.s., director of the consulting company Assessment systems, s.r.o. She works as an assistant professor at the University of Economics in Prague in the field of human resources and management. She has participated in long-term cooperation to improve personnel processes, company culture and employee motivation in many companies. He is dedicated to the issue of age diversity and cooperation.
