The Casting Course includes regular hourly lessons, the aim of which will be to get to the stable standing on the hands in space. The filling will be the preparation of the whole body, the effective technique of the wall and the space, stretching and strengthening. Also suitable for beginners. Prerequisity: 1 minute in the board.
Max. capacity of 10 people.
Time: Wednesday 17: 00-18: 00, from 2.4. until 11.6. 2025 (11 lessons)

The second standing course.
The reservation of the place is valid after sending the payment. Make payments on account 102492513/5500 with VS 2004 and on behalf of the note. We do not return anything less than 14 days before the start of the course. However, you can transfer the amount to another person - a substitute.
