About event
Sign up for a one-day (8 hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) course Transgender pupils and students: inclusion in the school environment, which is implemented by Transparent z.s.
In addition to the basic concepts and phenomena that affect trans and non-binary people in everyday life, we will interactively illuminate all aspects of the transition process and its social and official framework with a focus on transgender adolescents and children.
On the background of research and educational practice, we will clarify risk stress factors and methods leading to their mitigation, but above all we will focus on the legislative and social framework of the transition in the school environment. We will also familiarize you with the principles of respectful communication and an overview of support and community services.
