About event
Come and I will teach you to paint your own story! At the mandala painting course, you can learn something more about yourself, about your personality. When creating a mandala, you get into a state of meditation. The world around you will quiet down, you will forget your problems and fears, your creative self will appear and your intuition will guide you. It includes your individuality, your thoughts, feelings and mood. This makes your creation unique. Mandala painting is really great for self-awareness. It's like therapy, because colors already affect you while creating a painting.
On the mandala painting course I will teach you:
- numerological calculations (calculate the color of the soul, personality, intellect, life number and the color of circumstances .
- what do the symbols in mandalas mean
- what message do the colors have
- the sequence and steps in creating a mandala
What you can expect from the course and what you can get out of it you will take away:
- a hand-made mandala that will radiate harmony and love in your home, the whole day will be about you - you will switch off, slow down and relax
- an inner journey, a deeper relationship with yourself, self-knowledge
br/>- you will develop your creativity and artistic abilities
- feeling the present moment, thoughtlessness and inner silence
How I will give you a "guide to creating mandalas", that is, a PDF document containing everything I have learned about mandalas. If you need help or are not sure about something, you will find answers there for each person. I will help you tune in to your mandala.
