Dear friends, older and younger, women and men,
Welcome to the Touch of Taste cooking course.
This day will not only be about cooking.
It will be an experiential day focused on the preparation of healthy food, enriched by a lecture and a concert of healing songs.
Everyone who wants to connect, learn new inspirations for the kitchen and spend a day together with music and cooking in joy and lightness.
We will start with an introductory sharing, presentation of the course and a lecture about the value of food in everyday life and its importance for our body. Then we prepare food together. We will eat and breathe at a concert of healing songs and tea.
And the cherry on top will be a gluten-free dessert and a final sharing of impressions from the whole day.
