About event
Unravel the world of quantum technology with us
The year 2025 was extremely important for quantum science and technology. In addition to new impulses for research, international cooperation and popularization in the field of quantum physics, the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology in 2025 also brought another landmark - the awarding of the Nobel Prize in Physics for pioneering research that demonstrated how quantum phenomena can manifest in larger systems and thus laid a solid foundation for modern quantum technologies, including the development of quantum computers and secure communication.
At our event. we will meet experts who will tell us what a quantum bit actually is and what its physical form is. We will talk about how to make a single photon, what a semiconductor, atomic and superconducting qubit looks like. The strengths and weaknesses of various forms of quantum bits and the design of quantum computers will be discussed by experts in these fields.
Who is the event for?
The event is intended for all curious science enthusiasts – lay people, students, IT specialists and many others. Today, quantum mechanics is no longer just a theory, but a real part of technological progress. Come and see for yourself that the future is quantum!
Come get inspired, ask questions and take a look into the fascinating world of quantum science with us!
We bring the event Quantum Plots every year on the occasion of World Quantum Day.
Admission: 4 EUR
students, seniors and ZŤP - 0 EUR
Buying a ticket / registering in pre-sale until 11/04/2026 you will be included in the COMPETITION for book prizes.
