YOU WILL BE GUIDED THROUGH THE EVENT:
👨‍🏫JUDr. Ing. Miroslav Chlipala, PhD., LL.M.: managing partner and attorney with 22 years of experience, focusing on IT law and modern technologies (AI, legal aspects of cyber security, GDPR and personal data protection, electronicization and e-Government, cloud services, opensource, IoT,) and intellectual property. He is a member of the Permanent Commission for Ethics and Regulation of AI at MIRRI SR and the Cyber ​​Security Association. He is also a certified tutor of the Council of Europe in the HELP program for lawyers, judges and prosecutors. For a long time, he worked as a teacher at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University and the Faculty of Law of PEVŠ. He is the co-founder of the ICT Law course at FIIT STU.
👨‍🏫Ing. Jaroslav Oster: consultant and trainer in the field of cyber security and digital forensics. Since 2000, he has been working as a forensic expert, focusing on the forensics of digital traces for the needs of the investigative activities of the OCTC. He participated in the creation and implementation of many educational projects in the manufacturing sector, self-government, healthcare, police and other sectors. As a volunteer within OZ Preventista (association for safety and prevention) he is dedicated to raising security awareness in Slovak education and creating information security textbooks for high school students.
