LA VELLA DIXIELAND FINAL PARTY | Retrat d'Artista

For the first time in the history of our festival, the artist's portrait is not starring an individual figure, but by a group. It is the turn, this 2025, of the Vella Dixieland, founded in 1980 and therefore this year celebrates 45 years of life. Inspired by Duke Ellington, who claimed that an orchestra director is like a chef who mixes food in the correct proportions to enhance the final result of the dish, La Vella wants to celebrate these 45 years of history inviting other musicians to configure a tour of four concerts that will be at the same time history and present of jazz in Catalonia.
