- Regeneration and Deep Ecology in Action 🌿
We will find ourselves on March 22, to bring Gaia's dreams life, a 1-day face-to-face laboratory, which will take place at the Monsanto and Forest Park Interpretation Center in Lisbon, and joins the way of purpose- inspire the path of imagination to the change to happen to the regeneration of the planet.
Lab Dreams of Gaia, it will be the starting point of a very inspiring and reflective journey, where we will also have a conversation to share solutions, divide knowledge and cultivate the concept of active hope: knowing that everything begins in us, having the notion of impact as agents of transformation of our network. Ancestral Xão, to hear the dream of the earth and remember: Nature has never forgotten us. Within each of us inhabits an internal wisdom, an instinct that recognizes the value of being present, feeling the pulse of life in each being and regenerating what has been wounded one day. Not a lonely act, but a collective process of listening and creation?
🌱 And if Gaia herself, through her resilient story over 4.5 billion years, have given us the clues to rebuild the world we want to live in? The solutions of the past no longer serve. We need new forms of leadership and regeneration. And it all starts inside us. If we want to transform the world, we first have to transform the way we see it.

What is the Lab Dreams of Gaia
We carefully prepare a set of inspiring experiences that combine deep ecology practices, a powerful philosophy and concept that deeply connects us with nature, to carry out regenerative projects.
Together, at the Monsanto Interpretation Center and in the Monsanto Forest, we will explore:
• Meeting with Internal Wisdom, to create confidence;
•. Opening and Use of Intuition;
• Connection with our ancestry;
• Union with nature;
• Ancestral practices of connection and regeneration; ;
• Space to explore new thinking models, which integrate emotional intelligence, positive impact and creativity;
• A circle of leaders and visionaries, who, like you, seek to contribute to a more alive and prosperous world; It is for you:
- you want more than just success - you want real and sustainable impact.

About trainers
Karina Miotto (Instagram @karina.miotto)
I am an environmental, entrepreneurial and mentor of women who lead projects with social and environmental impact. After operating for over 10 years through the Amazon in Brazil, and holding TEDX events, I dived into deep ecology, I was invited by Sneckage Kumar to a master's degree in Holistic Science at Schumacher College, England, where I had Stephan Harding as supervisor. I was trained by Joanna Macy in California, inside Metololodia The Work That Reconnects and studied with John Seed, Australia, where I lived for 5 years. I recently published my first book, Changemakers: The courage to transform the world that in March will also be released in Portugal. My work has already impacted hundreds of people around the world.

Virgílio Varela (instagram @virgilio_varela)
I am a facilitator and international consultant, specialist in social transformation methodologies and collective intelligence. I guide me for intuition and creativity to draw innovative programs that combine tools such as System Thinking, Oasis Game, Deep Ecology or Theory U for a positive impact on the regeneration of communities, projects and organizations. With a master's degree in Education at King's College London, I worked with organizations such as the European Commission, UNESCO and United Nations. With over 25 years of experience in community projects and training in methodologies such as Dragon Dreaming, Work That Reconnects and Design Thinking. I am CEO of Humanfleet, an organization focused on social innovation and regeneration. I am a creator of programs like Regenerative Storytelling and Grow Impact Together, inspiring people and organizations to act with positive impact.

Violeta Aguiar Lapa and aquatic therapist. I develop an innovative work in the connection between body, water and ecological awareness. I created Oceans and Flow, where I promote ecological education, combining aquatic practices with collaborative methodologies and the development of collective dreams. I have a degree in special education and rehabilitation, expressive therapies, with studies in biomimetics and regenerative ecology. Through this knowledge, I developed unique methodologies that bring together movement, meditation, dreams and aquatic practices. I organize aquatic movement trips and facilitate self -knowledge and transformation processes through water. With 20 years of experience, I promote the regeneration of human relationship with nature.
