Laughter yoga leader training: with master trainer Angela for 18 years Mecking - quality, competence, experience and heart energy

This training ends with the certificate as a laughter yoga leader from the Laughter Yoga University. Laughter yoga leaders are authorized to lead and found a laughter club and to offer laughter yoga sessions in companies, adult education centers, educational centers and other institutions.

This is a training course in which you will learn how to set up and successfully lead a laughter yoga session. You will learn about the origins, concept and philosophy of laughter yoga, and how you can bring more laughter into your own life.

You will receive important knowledge and facts about the findings of laughter research and the positive effects of laughter and laughter yoga, as well as breathing techniques and the connection to classical forms of yoga. You will also receive a lot of personal suggestions on how you can bring more laughter into your life and get a positive charisma. Plus nice people, dancing, humor games, fun and a good mix of theory and practice.
