Laco Deczi & Celula New York

Trumpeter, composer, bandleader and amateur painter Laco Deczi with his band Celula New York comes again to our community center Jasoň. Laco is a appearance, a legend and an inimitable personality who has been a tour of the Czech Republic and Slovakia twice a year since 1990. He was born in 1938 in the village of Bernolák in Slovakia. In 1962 he left Bratislava to Prague, where he worked until his emigration in 1985. After several months spent in West Germany, he finally settled in the US, where he lives today.
