Lake Street Dive - Melkweg Amsterdam

Lake Street Dive has been pushing the boundaries of pop music since 2004 with their daring mix of soul, folk, jazz, classic pop and more. In early 2024, the band released their new singles 'Good Together' and 'Better Not Tell You', which are a preview of their new album 'Good Together', which will be released on Friday, June 21. Although much of the album's inspiration came from Lake Street Dive's keen observation of the outside world, a number of songs are based on personal experiences. For example, the song 'Walking Uphill' took shape when Price looked through her diary from seven years earlier. After the release of the album, the band will go on tour, with a show at the Melkweg on Monday, February 3, 2025!
