About event
Lama Lami will perform at Futurum Music Bar 27. In his work, he connects synth-pop sounds from the 80s and the most modern dubstep figures with contemporary pop elements. The synthesizers and sample backgrounds complement the live drums, keys and singing. All under the guise of neon colors and lights✨.
The music group met for the first time in spring 2018 in Prague and a year later settled in its final composition.
- The rhythmic heart of the band is the Mirri Melcr 🥁 drum, which combines acoustic drums with sampler beats when playing live.
- Robust electronic sounds and their modulation 🎹, as well as classic keys or piano Ivana "Kivi" Kadlčáková from the pedal to the second floor of their instrument.
- The singer and creator of the background samples is Lucie Bártová🎤, who occasionally complements the individual passages with simple guitar rifs 🎸.
The key element of live performance of the band is a combined light video support supported by neon and light effects 🌟.
The year 2024 was a milestone for the band, when it presented its music with great success to the audience on important musical holidays, such as Metronome Festival 🎶 or Soundtrack Festival 🎵, and filled the famous Prague club Rock Café 🎸.
The highlight of the season was the autumn tour with the British legendary band Kosheen 🇬🇧, with which Lama Lumi as support played eight concerts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
