About event
We invite young and old alike on November 23 at 5:30 p.m. to the traditional lantern procession through the city center✨. The procession will start at the parking lot near the SNP Museum, from where we will set out together to light up the evening streets of Banská Bystrica. The final stop will be at Námestí SNP, where hot tea will be waiting for everyone.
The popular lantern parade through the city center was organized in the past by a group of enthusiasts from the environment of the Banskobystrica Marathon. A year ago, the lantern parade became a permanent part of the city's events calendar. At the end of November, we can celebrate its 10th year together 🎉.
Don't forget to bring lanterns, a smile on your face and warm clothes.
We look forward to seeing you! 😊
