Dance Studio/Karlovsky & Dance Company
Common Site-Specific collaboration of the Dance Studio and American & Dance Company Theater will offer improvised connection of movement, music and space-directly in the Hájovna environment in Banská Štiavnica. Two musicians and more than a dozen dancers will meet on the spot who will respond to themselves and the surroundings in the open format of a music-movement pit. Dawn Karlovsky, the founder of the American ensemble, initiated cooperation during a visit to Slovakia, where she searched for the roots of her grandmother from Banská Bystrica. The natural connection of two sets, two countries and the common taste to create in motion.
We cordially invite.
Admission is voluntary.
Thank you for each of your support.
