About event
💧Fragile film about hard matter, which premiered in Karlovy Vary and won the prize at Cinematik.💧
💧From sea currents to dark caves to volcanic deserts. LAPILLIs are an intimate path that cuts deep into hard matter. Wandering through varied rocky landscapes, director Paula Ďurinová copes with the sudden loss of her grandparents.
💧An unexpected disappearance reveals a new horizon. The strings of an old autoharp start to sound in the ravine. This emerging ecosystem reveals stages of grief and a perspective full of empathy for minerals and life that is no more.
💧Local premiere date: December 5, 2024
💧Director: Paula Ďurinová
