Kind Dominance: the path to firm boundaries, self-confidence and greater freedom
You might be surprised to learn that people don't come to Kind Dominance workshops because they want to control others.
They come because they want to understand themselves better.
Many of us grew up in a time when emotions were not talked about much. Children's boundaries were often not respected in the way we would consider healthy today. It was, "Because I said so." Or, "Don't overdo it." "Listen."
And that's how we learned to adapt.
Be a good girl.
Be a good boy.
Don't stick out.
Or, on the contrary, allow yourself to say:
"I really want this."
Maybe you've been looking for Kind Dominance for a long time...

You will slow down. You become aware of your body. You will get to know new ways of touch and communication, sensual games. A game with tension and intensity.
I will guide you through theory and practice in the topic-Games with power and intensity. I will introduce you to the principles of kind dominance.
And you will also experience everything yourself. During the workshop, you can take turns in practice or stay with your partner.
