👉 What awaits you in the course and what will you learn? These are not complex choreographies, but simple and effective movements that will move the whole body, improve mood and raise self -confidence! The course is designed so you don't have to have any previous dance experience. All you need to do is move and enjoy an hour for yourself. And if you happen to mistake a step? It does not matter at all - the main thing is the smile and the desire to continue!
👉 What clothes and shoes to take? Take light housing shoes, shoes with smoother soles or dance shoes that will not restrict you in motion.
