Saturday, November 8, we're offering a group walk to enjoy the fall leaves in the Laurelhurst area.
We will be starting at Providence Portland Medical Center, 4805 NE Glisan at 49th Ave. Portland, OR. Park in the parking garage--enter parking garage by taking 49th off of Glisan--and meet inside on the east end of the hospital, ground floor, of the main building near security and the Social Room.
Register between 9:45 and 10 am. Please arrive early to register so the walks can start at 10 am.
We are offering a 5 km (3.1 mile) or 10 km (6.1 mile) walk. Walk in residential districts and into beautiful Laurelhurst Park, and continue along Hawthorne Blvd. with unique shops, exotic restaurants and interesting people.
These walks are rated 1A (easy)
