❗️👀 Everyone talks about him, everyone wants him, but everyone is waiting for something different - it's mentoring! Interest in mentoring, personal and professional development has been increasing in recent years, but often the expectations and reality differ considerably.
💡 What does mentoring include and what has nothing to do with it? What are the most common mistakes of mentors, but also mentees? Is the feedback really a benefit (how can you read in some work ads), or should it be taken for granted? Why is it particularly important in legal professions? And will a mentor make you a better lawyer? 📈⚖️
📌 Together with invited guests who either train mentoring skills or take a course for their development together, we will discuss what mentoring is, how to grasp it and whether the ability to be a mentor should be considered a necessary part of the profile of lawyers.
We will gradually introduce our guests on LinkedIn and Instagram. At the same time, you will have the space to send questions that you would like to ask them to learn more about their experience with mentoring, professional journey or anything else.
What is Loworking❓
✨ Loworking is a networking action aimed at creating space to share experiences, but also the joy and sorrow of legal life. The event is intended for students and graduates of law faculties, beginning, but also experienced lawyers and all who are in the legal field.
How will it go
✨ We will talk about good coffee, wine or other drink, we will share our experience of getting, but also by giving feedback, or the possibilities of professional and personal growth.
💡 There will be a discussion with invited guests, in which we will explore the role of mentoring in a legal career and what its real impact is.
Will you have to pay something? No, entry and small refreshments are provided.

⏰ What time? The discussion starts at 19:00, but we will be happy to welcome you from 18:00, when you can participate in friendly debates, meet others and enjoy networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
