In our turbulent times, leadership is more needed than ever; At the same time, traditional forms of hierarchical leadership are reaching their limits and are being questioned. In this event, two outstanding personalities from business and diplomacy explore the possibilities of leadership beyond hierarchical structures in dialogue. The aim of the dialogue is to open up new scope for action for managers with leadership responsibility and to give them practical insights into how they can lead actors with different interests and motivations to collective action in flat structures.
