Try leadership in practice (not only for campleaders)
Leading a group of people from different countries, cultures and expectations is not about being a "boss". It's about reading situations, working with group dynamics, communicating in tense moments and how to stay cool even when things don't go according to plan.
In this one-day experiential training, we will focus on leadership in the real environment of international workcamps.
Awaiting you:

🎭 model situations,
🤹 skits and role-plays based on real experiences from work camps – no theory off the table.
Together we will look at:
💡 different leadership styles and when they (do not) work
🧩 the role of a leader in a group at different stages of its development
🗣️ conflict resolution and communication in a multicultural team
Who is the training for?
Young people, camp leaders and youth workers who want to:
🚀 develop their practical skills
💪 gain more confidence in the role of a leader
🎯 try things "unclean" in a safe environment
Don't expect ready-made instructions, but space for experimentation, reflection and a shift in your own leadership style.
