How do you establish a LEAN work organization sustainably and successfully? In this intensive 2-day training you will become a coach, project manager and driver of LEAN change. Learn to analyze complex problems using numbers, data and facts and to solve them in a targeted manner using proven problem-solving techniques. At the same time, you will learn how to confidently manage conflicts and effectively accompany change processes.

A particular focus is on the role of the team leader in a high-performance organization: How can unused potential be released through shop floor management, regular communication (Gemba Walk) and Hoshin Kanri? Experience how these methods increase team performance and enable sustainable improvements!
